Ferrari Brain Bootcamp

Your brain is exceptional.
It is also running your life into the ground.

Ferrari Brain Bootcamp: 12 weeks to perform at your highest level without the chronic overdrive, the mental spirals, and the stress that follows you home.

You are not here because you need help becoming more ambitious. That part is aggressively handled 😅

You know how to work hard. You know how to figure things out. You know how to prepare, anticipate, solve problems, meet ungodly deadlines, and somehow be the person everyone turns to when something important needs to get done.

Your brain is fast. You connect dots quickly, think three steps ahead, notice patterns other people miss, and care deeply about doing things excellently. You probably love learning, improving, optimizing, and figuring out how to make something work better than it did before.

You can walk into a meeting and immediately clock the weird energy, the weak point in the plan, the thing nobody thought through, and the three questions that are about to come next.

Useful? Very.

Relaxing? Absolutely not.

Because the same brain that can anticipate a problem before anyone else sees it can also start solving problems that do not exist yet.

The same brain that can think ten steps ahead can worry ten steps ahead.

The same standards that helped you become exceptional can turn “good” into “I should probably redo this one more time just in case” for the millionth time.

And the same sense of responsibility that made you dependable can somehow turn into you being responsible for your work, your team’s work, everybody’s feelings, whether the meeting went well, whether someone sounded weird in Slack, and apparently the entire structural integrity of the company.

Hi, did you know you have a Ferrari Brain??

A crimson hypercar with an anatomical human brain mounted where its engine would be, on a dark studio floor

It’s my term for a very capable brain that has become extremely good at acceleration and not nearly as skilled at downshifting.

Which is why a weird email can come in at 3:17 PM, take about thirty seconds to read, and somehow still be in your head while you’re brushing your teeth that night.

It’s why a meeting ends at 2:30 and you are still having the improved version of the conversation in your shower at 8:15.

It’s why your husband is telling you a story over dinner and you’re technically nodding along, but you haven’t heard a word because half your brain is still at work.

It’s why your boss says, “Looks good,” and your brain goes, “Interesting. But did she mean good-good, or polite good?”

It’s why you finally get a Saturday with nothing on the calendar and by 10:42 AM you have invented a reason to reorganize a closet, research retirement accounts, deep-clean the refrigerator, or “just knock out a few emails.”

It’s why you go on vacation and somehow become the only woman on the beach conducting a covert Outlook operation under a straw hat.

And the most annoying part is that none of this necessarily looks like a problem from the outside.

From the outside, you look incredibly capable. In fact, most people assume you have some superhuman powers that allow you to juggle a hundred balls at once and never drop any ever.

But inside it feels like you've just run a marathon, you're still carrying half a ton of mental load, and you're balancing solving someone else's problem while trying to be present in the conversation that's in front of you.

And you do it.

And that level of horsepower behind you isn't a problem. It's a fckin gift.

You may have mistaken suffering for the price of success.

Somewhere along the way, being stressed, anxious, exhausted, and ridiculously hard on yourself just started feeling like the way successful people operate.

You were stressed because you cared. Anxious because you wanted to be prepared. Exhausted because you were working hard enough. And doing everything yourself? Honestly, that usually felt easier than trusting someone else and having to fix it later.

And the annoying part is that it worked.

You stayed late. You overprepared. You caught the thing nobody else caught. You made yourself indispensable. And performing miracles on the daily became your new normal.

So naturally, when the stakes got higher, you just pushed harder. Tightened the standards. Took on more. Got even better at handling the stress.

And every time you hit some huge achievement, your brain immediately moved the finish line and found something else you needed to improve.

But I want you to consider something.

There's a HUGE difference between suffering happening alongside my success and suffering is the reason I'm successful.

You're successful because you're intelligent, perceptive, creative, responsible, determined, and really fucking good at what you do. You have great judgment. You see the details and the big picture simultaneously. You care about doing excellent work.

The anxiety has just been standing next to all of those qualities for so long that it started taking credit for them.

And that's where things get tricky. Because if you believe pressure is what makes you successful, easing up feels dangerous. If being hard on yourself is what keeps you sharp, being kinder to yourself feels like you're about to become some lazy, mediocre version of yourself who suddenly stops giving a shit.

Which, obviously, sounds horrifying.

But what if you could keep all that intelligence, ambition, intensity, and ridiculous horsepower while getting better at handling running it?

You'd still be driven, fast, sharp as a tack, still the one that everybody's looking at, going, "How the fuck does she do it?"

But without having to pay the price of being behind the scenes a nervous wreck with a little unchecked hypervigilant anxiety disorder.

Signs you're getting better at handling all that horsepower 🏎️

You stop acting like a workhorse peasant.

You’re no longer obsessively trying to prove yourself and earn every breadcrumb at work. When less of your brain is tied up in overcommitting, overdelivering and overworking, more of it becomes available for your actual brilliance. And this is when you truly get to shine and be seen for the leader you’re meant to be.

You're still brilliant. Just way less exhausted.

You're making decisions without consulting the imaginary committee in your head. Speaking up without rehearsing seventeen times. Delegating without immediately redoing everything yourself. And you're actually performing better because you're spending less time obsessing over shit that was already fine.

A Slack message doesn't ruin your entire fucking evening.

Someone sends you a weird message, and yeah, it might still annoy you. But you're no longer spending six hours analyzing their tone, questioning your entire career and drafting imaginary responses in the shower. You deal with it and get on with your life. Revolutionary.

Your husband gets the fun version of you again.

Remember her? She's back! You're actually listening at dinner instead of mentally rewriting tomorrow's presentation. You have energy for sex, friends, hobbies, and being a person who has interests outside of work. Your husband is thrilled. Probably a little confused, but thrilled.

You’re able to rest when you need to without guilt consuming you.

No more gaslighting yourself that you’re “fine.” You notice when your body and brain need a break and you schedule it for ASAP not “after this busy period is over.” And when you do relax, you’re truly exhaling and enjoying it. Instead of feeling bad and trying to find a way to make rest “productive.”

You actually enjoy the life you worked your ass off to build.

You take Saturday off without reorganizing your closet (again). You go on vacation and your brain comes with you instead of at the office. You finish something amazing and actually enjoy it before moving the finish line again. You still have big goals, expensive taste, and zero plans to become mediocre. You're just having a hell of a lot more fun along the way.

Okay, but how do you actually get your brain to do that?

Because if you're anything like most Ferrari Brained women, you've already done a LOT of work on yourself.

You've done the therapy, read the books, listened to the podcasts, figured out your childhood patterns, and could probably trace your perfectionism back to 1998 with supporting documentation.

You know exactly why you overthink, people-please, overprepare, and insist on doing everything yourself.

And then you receive one neutral piece of feedback at work and suddenly you're right back in the bullshit.

Annoying, right?

That's where Ferrari Brain Bootcamp comes in.

Inside the program, we actually practice catching those little brain hijackings while they're happening, before they turn into a 2-day spiral.

And the practice is surprisingly simple. Three short reps throughout your day. You can do them on a Zoom call, before a presentation, or while you're sitting at your desk pretending to be a completely normal person.

Over time, your brain gets better at noticing when it's going into overdrive and finding its way back.

And THAT is how you start getting all the benefits of that beautiful Ferrari Brain without letting it drive you absolutely fucking insane.

Before I learned how to drive this thing....

Anna asleep under navy and cream knit blankets with a small puppy resting on her chest
Puppy therapy was adorable. The burnout, debilitating fatigue and period pain that had me horizontal this often were not.

I have basically been Ferrari Brained my entire life.

As a kid, I loved learning, but I also tortured myself over school. I worried constantly about grades, bit my nails until they bled, and lay awake thinking about tests. That same intensity followed me straight into my career.

By the time I got into corporate, I was the ultimate workhorse.

I did the job of 3 people and tolerated not getting a raise for YEARS.

Eventually, through blood, sweat and tears, I made it to the top — and somehow felt like even more of a fraud.

It felt like I was on a treadmill I couldn’t step off. I was my own slave master: pushing harder, doing more, never enough.

And I brought work home in my head every night, and my husband got whatever version of me was left after I had spent all day mentally carrying everything.

The worst part was that years of chronic stress wrecked my health.

I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) — my hair was falling out, I had painful acne, constant migraines, excruciating period pain and debilitating fatigue.

All because I hadn’t learned to manage my powerful brain.

After I learned how to handle the horsepower...

Anna leaning back against the railing of an ocean pier in a red top and white skirt, smiling out at the water
Now I have more energy than I know what to do with and I feel like I'm always on vacation.

Then in 2021, I came across Positive Intelligence and saw this idea that I could become more productive and happier.

I laughed. I genuinely thought I had to choose. Success or peace. Ambition or happiness. Pick one.

So I joined partly because I wanted to prove it wrong. Which, hilariously, did not go according to plan.

Within the first couple of weeks, I felt lighter. I was more focused, more creative, less reactive, less controlling. I dropped the “pick me” energy and work stopped feeling like a battlefield.

Even my boss noticed. He told me, “You’ve always been a superstar, but you’re on a whole other level now,” and wanted to know what the hell I was doing differently.

And the changes were not just at work. I became more present with my husband. (We just celebrated 20 years together!) I had more energy, more excitement, and more space to actually enjoy my life.

My health did a full 180. No more headaches and mid-day crashes. My skin cleared, my energy came roaring back and honestly, I feel better now than I did in my 20s.

A completely unexpected side effect of this work is that I’m told I've had a “glow up” and seem to be “aging backwards.” I guess that’s what happens when you’re no longer running on cortisol and adrenaline all day everyday.

In 2022, I left corporate and went full-time in my business, which I do not think would be possible if I was still listening to the shitty committee in my head and wasting 60% of my mental energy on problems that weren’t even real.

I am still ambitious as hell. I still love achievement, growth, beautiful things, big ideas, and doing work I am proud of.

I just no longer believe I have to sacrifice myself to have them.

That is why I love sharing this work with other Ferrari Brained women so much.

Because I know how convincing that choice feels when you’ve spent your whole life being rewarded for pushing yourself. And I fucking love showing women like me that we were never required to choose between happiness and success.

Turns out I'm not the only one...

“I used to overthink a topic for hours, days, weeks, even months. Now I can usually identify what’s happening, stop the spiral within a few minutes, and let it go.”
“During my first week, my supervisor told me I seemed more alert and at ease instead of overwhelmed. I started taking more initiative at work and found myself in a flow state I hadn’t experienced before.”

So what is Ferrari Brain Bootcamp?

Ferrari Brain Bootcamp is a 12-week training program for ambitious women who want to perform at the highest level without needing stress, self-criticism, and constant internal pressure to get there.

The core of the program is Positive Intelligence, a neuroscience-based method used by CEOs, executives, and elite athletes to help high performers stay focused, recover faster, and access more of their creativity, judgment and brilliance when it matters most.

In practical terms, that means learning to recognize the specific patterns that hijack you most, (the overthinking, perfectionism, urgency, control, hypervigilance), and interrupting them in real time before they take over your mood, your decisions, or the rest of your day.

The reason this works is repetition. Your brain gets better at whatever it practices most.

If it has spent years practicing worry, scanning, and second-guessing, those responses have become automatic. So inside the program, you give it a different set of reps.

The practice is intentionally small and built into real life. Not giant homework assignments. Not another self-improvement project for your Hyper-Achiever to attack like she is trying to graduate valedictorian of personal growth. A few short reps during the day, in small moments, consistently enough that catching the hijack starts becoming the automatic response instead.

Here’s what’s included

The Positive Intelligence app

You'll receive access to the Positive Intelligence app, where the core program and daily brain-training practice happen.

This is where you identify the specific patterns that hijack you most and build the reps that help your brain respond differently.

10 weekly group coaching calls (Tuesdays 1-2pm EST)

This is where we take the concepts out of the app and apply them to the stuff actually happening.

The boss. The team. The impossible standards. The situation you cannot stop replaying. The boundary you know you need to set. The employee whose work you keep “fixing.” The thing you are spiraling about that you also know is objectively not that serious.

You’ll get hot-seat coaching on the actual shit that is hijacking you that week.

We take it apart in real time so you can see what your Ferrari Brain is doing, what is actually true, and how to handle the situation in a way that actually helps, without overthinking it to death, creating more work for yourself, or letting it hijack the rest of your day.

A private Ferrari Brain community

Most Ferrari Brained women are used to being the impressive one. The reliable one. The person with the answer. The one who figures it out.

Which makes it surprisingly hard to admit when you are the one obsessing over something, struggling to let go, overreacting to feedback, or lying awake replaying a conversation you fully understand does not deserve this much airtime.

That is why this room matters.

You are with women who understand both sides of you: the part that genuinely loves excellence, ambition, growth, and meaningful work, and the part that is very tired of needing stress, pressure, and carrying everything to sustain it.

You do not need to perform competence here. You can bring the weird work thing you cannot stop thinking about, the boundary you know you need, the project you refuse to delegate, or the situation you are embarrassed is bothering you this much.

Sometimes hearing another brilliant woman describe the exact thing you thought was just your own private brand of insanity is enough to make you go, “Oh. So this is a pattern. And apparently I am not the only one doing this.”

Private group chat

You’ll also have a private group chat for questions, wins, accountability, support, and the occasional “my Judge is being an asshole today” moment between calls.

A small group of 10 women

There are only 10 spots in Ferrari Brain Bootcamp.

Small enough that you can actually be seen, coached, supported, and known.

How much time does this take?

Ferrari Brain Bootcamp is designed for women who already have extremely full lives.

The weekday practice inside the Positive Intelligence app takes about 15 minutes a day.

You’ll also want to set aside approximately 1–2 hours on the weekend for the weekly training material, plus one hour for the live group coaching call.

That’s it.

And I am telling you this clearly because I know exactly what kind of woman I am talking to.

You could very easily take a program designed to help you stop creating unnecessary pressure and immediately create unnecessary pressure about doing the program correctly.

Please do not do that.

You do not need to win Ferrari Brain Bootcamp.

There is no valedictorian.

There are no prizes for “doing it perfectly” but you do get a gold medal for letting it be easy.

What happens when Ferrari Brained women start getting a handle on all that horsepower?

You stop carrying every little thing around in your head.

“I feel like I’m commanding my mind instead of my mind commanding me, which is huuuge. I can self-regulate a LOT faster now, and that has improved my performance at work and how I handle stressful situations.”

You become a better leader without having to do everything yourself.

“I started delegating more, focusing on the bigger picture instead of small details, trusting my team more, and being more selective about which problems actually deserved my energy. I feel much more confident as a leader.”

You actually have a life outside of work again.

“I started leaving work earlier without feeling guilty, taking more breaks, cooking dinner before sunset, going to Broadway shows, and even taking a dance class just because I wanted to.”

And the people you love notice.

“My husband thinks I’m much calmer. I’m calmer in situations where I probably would have freaked out before, and I’m sharing the wins at work more often too.”

You'll have me in your corner.

“Anna is phenomenal. She creates a safe space for you to let your fears, doubts, and negativity out, but she also tells you what you need to hear. She’s supportive and caring without sugarcoating.”

And a room full of women who actually get you.

“You’re surrounded by amazing, successful, intelligent women, and you realize the things you struggle with in work, life, and relationships are things they go through too. There’s a real sisterhood.”

What can actually change in 12 weeks?

Maybe that bitchy email still pisses you off, but you get over it in ten minutes instead of letting it ruin your entire day (and night).

You finish your to-do list without immediately inventing another one.

Maybe you stop rewriting perfectly good work, trust your own judgment a little more, and realize you're actually getting MORE done when you're not overthinking every damn thing.

Maybe your family gets the fully there version of you back. You have energy for friends, hobbies, sex, and doing things that contribute absolutely nothing to your résumé.

Maybe you take a day off without feeling guilty, go on vacation without secretly checking Outlook, or finish something amazing and actually let yourself enjoy it.

And maybe you start noticing that the woman underneath all that pressure is actually pretty fucking fun.

Same Ferrari Brain. Same big ambitions. Just a hell of a lot more enjoyment along the way.

Ferrari Brain Bootcamp

A 12-week program for 10 ambitious, Ferrari Brained women.

$2,000 paid in full

or

4 payments of $600

Program start date: November 17th

Call times: Tuesdays 1-2pm EST

Here is what I want you to notice right now.

There is a part of you that has been nodding along for the last however many minutes. Not the part that is already calculating whether the timing is right, whether work is too busy, whether you should wait until things calm down, or whether you could probably just figure this out yourself if you tried harder.

The other part. The one that recognized herself in the weird email and the straw hat and the mm hmm at dinner. The one that is genuinely tired of the internal noise and done believing she has to suffer her way into being exceptional.

That part already knows.

Ferrari Brain Bootcamp is for the woman who is ready to stop white-knuckling her way through her own life and start actually living it. Not a calmer, less ambitious, less intense version of her life. This exact one. Just with a brain that is finally working with her instead of against her.

If that is you, I would love to have you in the room.

There are 10 spots. When they are full, enrollment closes.
